BCS Bus Charter Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

bcscharter.com is operated by BCS Charter Inc., a Florida Profit Corporation (Document No. P24000005407), 12486 SW 54th Street, Miramar, FL 33027, USA (“BCS”, “we”). We arrange group ground transportation — airport transfers, city and intercity transfers, tours and multi-day coach charters — performed by licensed local coach operators across Europe. Our services are offered to business customers only.

2. Quotes

Quotes generated on this site are firm offers for the services, dates and group size shown on the quotation page, valid until the date printed on it. Prices marked indicative are estimates that our team confirms, normally within 24 business hours. If the quote expires, opening your quote link shows refreshed prices.

2a. Your account

Quotes are requested through a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the accuracy of the details you give us — please provide the correct legal name, address and tax/VAT identifier, as these are printed on quotations and invoices. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraudulent requests.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive the payment (or the first installment) selected on the quotation page and send a confirmation email. The payment schedule — reservation fee, installments and their due dates — is stated on the quote and in the confirmation. Reservation fees are non-refundable and are credited in full towards the price.

4. What the price includes

Unless the quote says otherwise, prices include the vehicle, fuel, a professional driver and applicable taxes. Road tolls, parking fees, city access permits, entrance fees and driver gratuities are not included unless listed on the quote.

5. Changes by you

Requests to change dates, times, itinerary or group size should be sent as early as possible; changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes by us

We may substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category. If a service cannot be performed for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative or refund the affected service.

6a. Coach operators

Transportation services are performed by independent, licensed coach operators selected by BCS. Each operator is the carrier responsible for the operation of the vehicle, its drivers and compliance with applicable transport law, and is required to hold motor third-party liability and passenger insurance as required in its country of registration. Claims for death, personal injury or property damage arising from the operation of a vehicle are to be handled under the operator's insurance. BCS is not liable for acts or omissions of operators or their drivers, except to the extent caused by BCS's own negligence in selecting or instructing the operator.

7. Luggage and conduct

The standard allowance is one medium suitcase per passenger in the hold plus one carry-on on board; the aisle must stay clear. Special or bulky items must be announced in advance. The driver may refuse carriage to passengers whose behavior endangers safety; EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006) always take precedence over the itinerary.

8. Liability

8.1 Except where liability cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct), BCS's total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the price paid for the affected service.

8.2 BCS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, trains, connections or events, hotel or other third-party costs, loss of profit or loss of business.

8.3 Luggage and personal belongings are carried at the passenger's own risk. BCS's liability for loss of or damage to luggage is limited to USD 500 per passenger. Cash, valuables, travel documents and electronic devices must not be left unattended in the vehicle.

8a. Indemnification

The Customer books on behalf of its passengers and clients and shall inform them of the rules in these Terms that apply to them (luggage, conduct, safety). The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless BCS, its officers, employees and agents from all claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by the Customer's passengers, clients or other third parties in connection with the booked services, to the extent such claims exceed BCS's liability under Section 8 or arise from acts or omissions of the Customer or its passengers. We recommend that all passengers hold adequate travel insurance.

8b. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, road or border closures, accidents, traffic conditions and instructions of authorities. In such cases BCS will use reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative. Additional costs of the alternative are borne by the Customer. Services not performed are refunded, less costs already incurred that cannot be recovered.

8c. Claims

Problems during a service must be reported immediately to our on-trip support so they can be remedied on the spot. Written claims must be submitted within 30 days after the service date, quoting the booking reference. To the extent permitted by law, claims not notified within this period are excluded, and any legal action must be brought within one year of the service date.

9. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue: the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
